At Willow Salon, we are confident in the high quality of our services because of our highly trained professionals. When it comes to our guests, we want to ensure that you receive only the best. We strive to make sure you leave our salon looking and feeling your best. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service and you communicated your desired very clearly during your consultation, please let us know within 72 hours of your service and we will happily provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to perform a correcting service. We ask that this appointment be made within 2 weeks of your initial service.
We happily accept young clients, however Willow Salon encourages you to bring children only at a time when they are scheduled for services. In the event that your child accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that they remain supervised for the entire duration of your time at Willow Salon.
Due to the lengthy nature of some appointment types, we may require a $100 deposit for any appointments more than $150. This is to ensure that your reservation is secure and your time space is saved. The deposit will be applied to your service and checkout and is nonrefundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service.
We understand! Life happens! In the event that you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we will reschedule your service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before hours in advance will be charged 50% for the time of services booked. Any "no shows" will be charged 100% of the services booked.
